A copy of your cat's current rabies vaccination certificate is required to confirm appointments. If your cat's vaccines are not up to date, please make an appointment with your veterinarian prior to requesting an appointment with Trilling Cat. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have while you are waiting for your pet's wellness exam and vaccinations.
We try to reply within one to two grooming days. We groom on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. For appointment requests, we will send you the date and time for our next available appointment based on your preference, or request additional information if needed.

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, you should text ahead. We know cats are not always happy about getting in their carrier and sometimes things just happen. We do not want you to go through the trouble and frustration along with the stress for your cat if we may not be able to complete your cat's groom and have to reschedule.
All clients must sign a Release Form prior to any services.
